Delivery of the tickets depends on payment method.

In case you paid your tickets with the personal check, which also included your SSN#, tickets will be sent to you 7 days after the check is cleared.

Tickets arrive 7 days after the payment is made, NOT from the day the tickets were reserved.

If you have electronic tickets, you should recieve them on the airport, at the counter of the airline company you are traveling with. It is very important in doing so that you present picture ID before recieving your electronic tickets.
